Manufacturer's Information: The elegant Mas Rabell Tempranillo Miguel Torres shimmers in the glass with bright ruby red. The nose of this red wine from Catalonia captivates with aromas of black cherry, plum, morello cherry and black currant. If we trace the aromatics further, vanilla, cinnamon and black tea are added, encouraged by the oak influence. On the palate, the Mas Rabell Tempranillo from Miguel Torres opens wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. On the tongue, this balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly dense and silky texture. The final of this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of Catalonia, more precisely from Catalunya DO, finally convinces with considerable reverberation. Vinification of the Mas Rabell Tempranillo by Miguel Torres The basis for the balanced Mas Rabell Tempranillo from Catalonia are grapes from the Tempranillo grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation for 6 months in French and American barrels.
