Manufacturer's Information: Although this Lower Bowel Tonic has a natural laxative or cleansing effect similar to Laxaherb, its primary function is to improve the muscle tone and increase the flexibility of the intestinal wall. LBT-3 is also specifically formulated to be non-addictive; many laxative-type formulas are addictive in the sense that the longer one uses them, the more one needs to take in order to sustain regular elimination. Lower bowel tonic (LBT3) is different; it strengthens and tonifies the colon instead of simply stimulating a bowel movement. After using this formula for several months, less is needed to obtain the same results. NPN: 80037967. Adults: take 1 tablet 3 times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking any other medications or health products. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. |
