Manufacturer's Information: Extradünne fettarme Salz-Cracker Cracker mit Geschichte. Carr's Table Water Crackers entstanden Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts. Um Seefahrern auf den langen Reisen dennoch ein Gebäck anbieten zu können, wurde die klassische Zutat Öl einfach durch Wasser ersetzt. Auf diese Weise waren die Cracker haltbarer. Zudem erhielten sie eine besonders knusprige Konsistenz. Schnell eroberte Carr's Table Water auch die Landbevölkerung. Noch heute sind die salzigen, dünnen, extra-knusprigen und fettarmen Cracker unter Kennern ein wahrer Klassiker. |
