Manufacturer's Information: Die Blaubeerfrucht dominiert diesen Wein, aber es gesellen sich schwarze und rote Kirsche dazu mit roten Waldbeeren und einen Hauch Erdbeere. #kuConcejon ist eine Mutation der Tempranillo-Traube. Auf einem 3,14 Hektar großen Weinberg, wird die autochtone Rebsorte mit über 80 Jahre alten Rebstöcken angebaut. (Daher auch der Bezug zur Zahl Pi) Schwarz-Rubinrot mit blauen Reflexen. Die Blaubeerfrucht dominiert diese Neuentdeckung. Schwarze und rote Kirsche und klare rote Waldbeeren gesellen sich dazu, ein Hauch Erdbeere. Dann auch etwas Brombeere und Cassis, feine Krautwürze darunter, ein Hauch Milchschokolade. Ganz klar, ganz schnörkelloserGeradeauslauf, nie fett oder plump sondern sich immer saftig und harmisch zeigend, leichte Bitternoten im Abgang verleihen eine angenehme Frische. |
