Manufacturer's Information: Badel Stara Sljivovica alter Slivovitz 1 L Obstbrand, 40% Vol. Badel Sljivovica ist der bekannte Slivovitz aus Kroatien. Basis für diesen Slivovitz bilden die vollreifen Brsitrica Pflaumen. Sobald diese ihre tiefviolette Farbe zeigen, sowie ihren süß- saftigen Geschmack, werden sie ausgewählt und gepflückt. Die reifen Pflaumen dürfen bei niedrigen Temperaturen mit speziell ausgewählten Hefen gären. Es folgt die Destillation, sowie die Reifezeit. Insgesamt 12 Monate reift Badel Sljivovica in neuen traditionellen slawonischen Eichenfässern. Ein wunderbarer Slivovitz mit einem aromatischen Profil.
