Manufacturer's Information: Ursprung: Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Qualitätswein mit Prädikat Alkoholhalt: 7, 8% Lägsta tillåtna öchslegrad: 67º-73º Restsocker: 39, 0 g/l Fruktsyra: 6, 6 g/l Färg: Ljust gul färg. Doft: Fin och fruktig doft med tydliga rieslingaromer. Smak: Smaken har en fräsch krispighet och fin sötma balanserad av den typiska rieslingsyran. Ett vin med elegans. Serveringstemp: ca 8-10°C Hållbarhet: Drickes inom ett år Vin och mat: Vinet passar utmärkt till kycklingrätter och asiatisk mat ex. sushi samt till lax och skaldjur i olika former. Producent: Moselland eG är ett kooperativ i Moseldalen. Det grundades 1968 av ett flertal små vingårdar. Det var under 1900-talet mycket svårt för de små vinodlarna att överleva själva. Cirka hälften av vinodlarna (ca 3 500) i Mosel-Saar-Ruwer är idag medlemmar i kooperativet. De representerar ca 2000 hektar av odlingsytan i området och producerar 20-25 miljoner liter vin per år. Moselland är nu det största kooperativet i Rheinland-Pfalz och den största exportören. Moselland har ett mycket gott rykte för viner av hög och jämn kvalitet till priser som konsumenterna accepterar. |
