Manufacturer's Information: Dictador 20 Years Rum 0,7 L Rum, 20 Jahre gereift, 40% Vol. Dictador 20 Years Solera System ist ein preisgekrönter Rum aus Kolumbien. Wie der 12 jährige Dictador wird auch sein großer Bruder nach dem Solera-Verfahren hergestellt. Aus nativem Zuckerrohr wird er mit Honig vermählt und anschließend zum Teil Continious Column Still Verfahren und darüber hinaus in traditionellen Kupferbrennblasen im Batch-Verfahren destilliert. Danach reift er lange 20 Jahre in ehemaligen Bourbon-Fässern, um ein vielseitiges Aroma zu erhalten. Dictador 20 Years besitzt einen hoch komplexen Charakter und ein sagenhaftes Finish. Herkunft: Kolumbien Lebensmittelunternehmer bzw. Importeur: Destilerias Colombiana, Via Mamonal N. 3-122, Cartagena Colombia Farbe: Kräftiges, Dunkles Bernsteingold Duft: Angenehm vielschichtig mit Aromen von Vanille, Kaffee, Toffee und Trockenfrüchten Geschmack: Komplex, weich und sehr intensiv nach Karamell, Vanille und Röstaromen Abgang: Extrem lang und einnehmend Dictador Rum 20 Years hat u. a. 2012 bei den San Francisco World Spirits Competition die doppelte Goldmedaille gewonnen in seiner Klasse.
