Manufacturer's Information: Färg: Vattenklar. Doft: Söt doft med inslag av citrus, lime, pomerans och kryddor. Smak: Mild, söt smak med frisk lång eftersmak. Vinifiering: Basen till Cinzano Vermouth Bianco utgöras av noga utvalda vitviner som blandas med alkohol och får macerera med kryddor och örter. Den exakta krydd- och örtsammansättningen är lika välbehållen hemlighet som receptet för Coca-Cola, även om huvudbeståndsdelen alltjämt är malört. Vermouth är ett starkvin som smaksatts med örter och kryddor. Ordet Vermouth härstammar från tyskans ord för malört, Wermut, som även är huvudkryddan i den krydd- och örtblandning som får macerera med det fortifierade vinet. Det finns tre olika stilar av Vermouth; torr, söt och söt röd. Den första vermouthen som producerades i slutet av 1700-talet var torr och bitter. Först på 1930-talet såg den söta Vermouthen dagens ljus och det var inte förrän på 1970-talet som den röda vermouthen lanserades. Servering: Med fördel som väl kyld aperitif med eller utan tonic eller som ingrediens i drinkar. |
