Der neue Wein wird noch einige Monate bis zur Abfüllung in Stahl raffiniert. FARBE: goldgelb mit grünen Farbtönen DUFT: in der Nase duftet er nach Mandeln und Akazie mit Anklängen an Zitrusfrüchten. GESCHMACK: Vollmundig, weich, frisch und leicht würzig mit einer eleganten und balancierten Säure. SERVIERVORSCHLAG: Ideal mit Antipasti, magerem Fleisch und frische Käsesorten. WINZERKOMMENTAR: der Name Vipra stammt aus dem Namen einer der mächtigsten Adelsfamilien von Orvieto Monaldeschi della Vipera, die in dem Mittelalter um die Kontrolle über die Gemeinde Orvieto und die Castelli Umbriens kämpften. Vipera bedeutet auf deutsch Schlange, wie symbolisch auf dem Etikett dieses Weins dargestellt wird. Allergenhinweis: enthält Sulfite Aufbewahrung: Dunkel und trocken lagern.
