Manufacturer's Information: Rosenblütenfarben. Fein und elegant blumig mit intensivem Himbeerduft. Anregende, abgerundete Perlage, weicher und warmer Geschmack mit fruchtig zartem Aroma. Herstellung: Die Vinifizierung beginnt durch sanftes Auspressen der roten Trauben auf der Schale, um die wichtigsten Aromen und Farbstoffe für diesen Rosé zu gewinnen. Durch kühlere Temperaturen während der Fermentation des Floral dauert der Prozess drei einhalb Monate. Danach erfolgen drei Monate Schaumbildung im Edelstahlbehälter nach der Charmat-Methode. Servierempfehlung: Sehr originell als Aperitif, passt aber auch hervorragend zu Fischgerichten, Krustentieren und milden Fleischgerichten. Serviertemperatur 8-10°C. |
