Manufacturer's Information: von reicher, strohgelber Farbe, mit langanhaltendem Schaum und feiner Perlage. Das Bouquet ist charakteristisch, fruchtig und floral mit Andeutungen von grünen Äpfeln, Birnen und Akazien Bottega Gold ist ein trockener Schaumwein, gewonnen aus erlesenen Gleratrauben von den Hügeln des Valdobbiadene in Veneto. Das Gebiet, das sehr nah an den venezianischen Voralpen liegt, ist klimatisch geradezu perfekt für den Anbau dieser Rebsorte geeignet. Die Trauben werden per Hand verlesen und anschließend in der Kellerei sanft gepresst. Der gewonnene Most wird auf Stahltanks bei konstant niedrigen Temperaturen gelagert, um seine Frische zu erhalten. Nach kurzer Lagerung wird der Most für 40 Tage bei kontrollierten Temperaturen von 14-15°C fermentiert, ausgewählte Hefen werden zu diesem Zeitpunkt hinzugefügt (Charmat Methode) .
