This single varietal Spanish wine flatters the glass with wonderfully expressive notes of blackberries, blueberries, black currants and mulberries. These are joined by hints of other fruits. On the palate, the Halcon Real Cigales from Finca Museum opens wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. On the tongue, this punchy red wine is characterized by an immensely velvety texture. The final of this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of Castile - Leon, more precisely from Cigales DO, finally thrilled with beautiful reverberation. Vinification of the Halcon Real Cigales from Finca Museum This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Tempranillo. For this exceptionally powerful single-varietal wine from Finca Museum, only immaculate grapes were harvested. After the manual harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Food recommendation for the Halcon Real Cigales of Finca Museum This Spanish wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C.
