Infecciones por hongos en las mucosas, incluyendo candidiasis oral y esofágica. Infecciones sistémicas que requieren un enfoque terapéutico agresivo, particularmente en pacientes inmunocomprometidos. Prevención de infecciones fúngicas en procedimientos quirúrgicos en pacientes de alto riesgo. ComposiciónCada ampolleta de Keral contiene: Ketoconazol: 50 mg Excipientes: c. s. p. ContraindicacionesKeral está contraindicado en pacientes con hipersensibilidad a ketoconazol o a cualquiera de los componentes de la formulación. También se debe evitar en pacientes con antecedentes de enfermedad hepática activa o severa. PrecaucionesSe recomienda utilizar Keral con precaución en pacientes con antecedentes de enfermedad hepática, así como en aquellos que están bajo tratamiento con otros fármacos que pueden afectar la función hepática. Se debe realizar un seguimiento clínico adecuado durante el tratamiento. AlmacenamientoConservar en un lugar fresco y seco, a una temperatura no mayor a 25°C.
